Namaz padne ka tarika.


Namaz ka tariqa is the way to perform the Islamic prayer (Salah) correctly. Here are the steps to perform the five daily prayers (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha) in the correct manner:Make Wudu (ablution) by washing your hands, mouth, nose, face, arms, head, and feet.

  1. Stand facing the direction of the Kaaba (Qibla).
  2. Make the intention (niyyah) to pray the specific prayer.
  3. Begin with the Takbiratul Ihram (saying Allahu Akbar while raising both hands to the ears). 
  4. Recite Surah Al-Fatiha (the opening chapter of the Quran).
  5. Recite another chapter (surah) from the Quran or recite some verses from a longer surah.
  6. Perform Ruku (bowing) by placing your hands on your knees, and saying "Subhana Rab-biya al-'Adheem" three times (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great).
  7. Stand up straight and recite "Sami Allahu liman hamidah" (Allah hears those who praise Him) and "Rabbana walakal-hamd" (Our Lord, to You is the Praise).
  8. Perform Sujud (prostration) by placing your forehead, nose, hands, knees, and toes on the ground while saying "Subhana Rab-biya al-A'la" three times (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High).
  9. Sit up straight and say "Allahu Akbar" while moving from Sujud to the sitting position.
  10. Perform the second Sujud, repeating the same steps as before.
  11. Stand up again for the second Rak'ah (cycle), reciting Surah Al-Fatiha and another surah or verses.
  12. Perform Ruku, stand up, and then perform Sujud as before.
  13. Sit up straight and recite the Tashahhud (a statement of faith).
  14. Send Salam to the right and then to the left, saying "As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah" (Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah).
  15. Complete the prayer by saying "Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah" once more.

  •  vishisht praarthana karane ka iraada (niyaah) karen.
  •  takabeeratul iharaam (donon haathon ko kaanon tak uthaate hue allaahu akabar kahate hue) se shuroo karen.
  •  soorah al-phaatiha (kuraan ka pahala adhyaay) ka paath karen.
  •  kuraan se ek aur adhyaay (soorah) ka paath karen ya ek lambe soora se kuchh chhandon ka paath karen.
  •  apane haathon ko apane ghutanon par rakhakar rukoo (jhukana) karen, aur teen baar "subhaana rab-biya al-adhim" kahen (mere bhagavaan kee jay ho, sabase mahaan).
  •  seedhe khade ho jaen aur "saamee allaahu liman hameedah" (allaah unakee prashansa karata hai jo sunata hai) aur "rabbaana valkal-hamd" (hamaare bhagavaan, aapake lie prashansa hai) ka paath karen.
  •  teen baar "subhaana rab-biya al-ala" kahate hue apane maathe, naak, haathon, ghutanon aur pair kee ungaliyon ko jameen par rakhakar sujud (saashtaang pranaam) karen.
  •  seedhe baithen aur sujud se baithane kee sthiti mein "allaahu akabar" kahen.
  •  pahale kee tarah hee charanon ko doharaate hue doosara sujud karen.
  •  doosaree rakat (chakr) ke lie phir se khade hon, soorah al-phaatiha aur ek any soorah ya chhandon ka paath karen.
  •  rukoo karo, khade ho jao aur phir pahale kee tarah sujud karo.
  •  seedhe baithen aur tashahhud (vishvaas ka kathan) ka paath karen.
  •  salaam ko daeen or aur phir baeen or "as-salaamu alaikum va rahamatullaah" kahate hue bhejen.
  •  ek baar aur "assalaamu alaikum va rahamatullaah" kahakar namaaz pooree karen.
